Job Vacancy: Retail Sales Associate at MERANGI

MERANGI is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will welcome customers, provide personalised fashion advice, and help create an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Provide personalised advice on clothing, styling, sizing, and fit.
  • Help customers find outfits and products that match their preferences and needs.
  • Ensure every customer receives excellent service throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually attractive store environment.
  • Restock clothing and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.
  • Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and cash-register transactions.
  • Answer customer questions in-store and over the phone.
  • Stay informed about new collections, current fashion trends, and available products.
  • Work closely with your colleagues to support daily store operations.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • A friendly, confident, and service-oriented attitude.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, styling, and current trends.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional store appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and busy retail periods.
