We aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This document explains our shipping and delivery policy.

Processing time
Within 1-2 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for transport. Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details.

Delivery time
Average transit time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs procedures. 

Shipping Method & Origin
All orders ship directly from our supplier in China. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

Shipping Costs
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Order Tracking
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu on our website. It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking shows no information after several days, contact us at support@merangi.com.

Responsibility During Shipping
If tracking shows the package as delivered, responsibility lies with the customer. Check your address carefully; address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
